After a very festive night you wake up with a hangover and in your underwear. You need to sort things out.

On the cabinet against the wall is a model head with sunglasses and a wig on it. Take the WIG and the SUNGLASSES from it. Use the sunglasses on yourself to notice you don’t need them here. Next to the wig is a string hanging from the ceiling. Pull the string and a shoe will fall down. Pick up your SHOE and walk into the bathroom on the left.

Feel the wall on the right until you find ‘something’. Use it to switch on the light and you’ll be blinded by the light and leave the bathroom again. Enter the bathroom and before hitting the switch, put on the sunglasses and then hit the switch.

Open the cabinet above the sink and take the ASPIRIN out. In your inventory look at the aspirin to see how it should be taken: you need to mix it with water. Take the shoe from your inventory and use it on the sink to fill the shoe with water. In your inventory, add the aspirin to the shoe and then use the shoe on yourself to get rid of the headache. Leave the bathroom and return to the bedroom.

Use the door to enter the living room. You’ll notice that the only door to escape doesn’t have a handle. On the right in the chair is a gnome. Talk to the gnome and exhaust the dialogs. The gnome wants a smoke. In front of the chair is a PAGE of a book. Pick it up and look at the items on the table. Next to the pizza box you can find a yuckie mess of OLD CIGARETTES. Take them and enter the kitchen.

Put the wet old cigarettes in the microwave to dry them. Leave the kitchen and in the living room use the cabinet between the doors to find some GLUE. Enter the bedroom on the left. Put the dried tobacco in the blender to mix all items. Once blended, in your inventory put the tobacco in the book page and use the glue with the combination to glue it into a CIGARETTE. Leave the bedroom and in the living room give the cigarette to the gnome.

Meet the man-who-is-not-a-gnome. Before he answers your questions, he demands an orange soda: a sugary orange drink with bubbles. Enter the kitchen and use the right door of the pantry to get the box with CORNFLAKES and the box with MACARONI out. Use the fridge to find the Dijon MUSTARD and the bottle of KETCHUP.

Leave the kitchen and enter the bedroom on the left. Walk into the bathroom left and take the BATH FOAM from the wall cabinet. Use the shoe in your inventory on the sink to fill it up with water again. Leave the bathroom and in the bedroom put the water in the blender. Add the cornflakes for sugar. Put the ketchup in the blender for red colour and make it orange by adding the yellow mustard. Add the bath foam to make it bubbly. Use your shoe with the blender to fill it with ORANGE SODA.

Return to the living room and give the soda to the man-who-is-not-a-gnome. But he wants a straw with it. In your inventory use the glue with the macaroni to create a STRAW and add the straw to the shoe with orange soda. Give the straw to the man-who-is-not-a-gnome. Now he’ll talk. Talk about everything and learn his name is Jacques and he has a friend Ken. He can’t tell you much more but he’ll give you Ken’s phone number.

After the conversation use the phone on the wall and call Ken. He doesn’t answer but you can hear his phone ringing. It’s coming from the pile of beer cans in the kitchen. Enter the kitchen and try to take the beer cans. Not with your bare hands. Open the left door of the pantry and use the vacuum cleaner on the pile of cans to reveal Ken underneath. But Ken is sleeping. You need to find a way to wake him up. Close the door of the pantry again.

Leave the kitchen and enter the bedroom on the left. Take the ALARM CLOCK from the floor and return to the living room, then back to the kitchen. Use the alarm clock with the outlet next to the pantry door. Use the alarm clock to set the alarm and wake up Ken….. if only it was that simple.

Slide the slider to the left to the ‘buzz’ option to notice the buzzer doesn’t work. Slide it to the ‘radio’ option and the radio is on, but doesn’t make any sound. Turn the dial on the right clockwise to get static. Turn it again to notice it behaves very strangely. Keep turning the dial until it reaches frequency 100 and you’ll get some sound. But the volume is too low. And the dial and the volume are in someway linked.  Because when you want to turn up the volume, the frequency changes again. With the volume up and down you also change the frequency, unless it’s at the minimum (88) or maximum (105). To set the alarm clock at the correct frequency (100) at the maximum volume, push the volume down until the frequency is at the maximum and keep pressing that button until the volume shows 8 bars. Then turn the frequency dial counter clockwise until the frequency is at 100 (3 times).

Talk to Ken. But Ken recognises you and doesn’t want to talk. Put on the sunglasses and wear the wig and try to talk to Ken again. Exhaust all topics until you can ask to get the SCREWDRIVER from Ken. Leave the kitchen and use the screwdriver on the locked door. Behind the door you’ll find another person. Ask him who he is, and he’ll remind you he’s Frank. Talk to him more and things will become clearer. He even has the door handle of the front door!

Frank wants to give you the door handle if you can return his monkey. Leave Frank for now and go to the bedroom on the left. Take the TEDDY BEAR from the shelf and enter the bathroom. Use the screwdriver on the drain to take the PILE OF HAIR out. In your inventory use the glue with the teddy bear and add the pile of hair to create a little MONKEY. Leave the bathroom and leave the bedroom.

Give the monkey to Frank and in return he’ll give you the DOOR HANDLE. Use it on the door on the left to leave the house.
