You want to check out the eerie carnival.

Walk to the right and try to enter, then talk to Mr. Grin. He’ll lead you in and tell you that the spookiness is just for decoration.  He then leaves. Go to the Fortune Teller Robot and use it. It’ll ask you three questions before you’ll win a grand prize.  To win the prize answer:

Question 1: Piano or Keyboard
Question 2: Coin
Question 3: Water or River

Your prize is a FUSE B, a PIECE OF A KEY and a GAMERFELLA. Use the newspaper from the stand in front of the fortune teller to learn more about the history of the park. Walk to the right and use the carousel. Luna suggest to put offers on the bench to reassure the ghosts on the carousel.

Select Tim and Jake so they follow you and walk further to the right past the carousel. You’ll now find a Ferris wheel but it has no power. To the right of the wheel you can find a KITE on the bench. Take it. Furter to the right is a large fuse box. On top of the fuse box is a sturdy box but you can’t reach it. Since Jake is with you, he’ll get the STURDY BOX for you. Try to open the fuse box and in this case Tim will help you out. The large fuse box needs three fuses.

Walk back to the left to the carousel and left again to the entrance and left again to the dumpster. You can’t reach so use the sturdy box as a step and inside the dumpster you’ll find a TEDDY BEAR  and FUSE A.

Enter the park again and put the teddy bear on the bench, followed by the kite and the gamerfella. That will clear the carousel and you can use the carousel to find a PIECE OF A KEY and FUSE C. Walk to the right and use the fuses on the fuse box to restore power to the Ferris wheel and use the fuse box again to rotate the Ferris wheel.

Use the Ferris wheel to get the top cart down and use the cart to get another PIECE OF A KEY. In your inventory combine all three pieces to create a complete KEY and use the key on the door of the funhouse.

Inside you’ll find a strange figure who’ll tell you to walk to the left and talk to the fish but do exactly the opposite of what the fish says. Walk to the left and talk to the fish. The fish then tells you to jump in the hole and in the green room not to walk to the right. So: walk north into the green room and use the door on the right to return to the fish.

The fish then tells you to go through the door so jump into the hole to find Mr. Grin. After a short explanation Luna will ask you to take the pocket watch and destroy it. And as you do, you’ll free the spirits.
