You start in an office. There’s a table here.
MOVE TABLE to discover a floor safe. But you don’t know how to open it yet. GO WEST to leave the office and in the gas station GO EAST to Hickory Ave. GO EAST again into a cul-de-sac and ENTER HOUSE. Inside you’ll find a small toolbox. TAKE TOOLBOX and EXAMINE TOOLBOX to read the sticker.
GO SOUTH to leave the house and GO WEST back to Hickory Ave. GO WEST again to the gas station and ENTER STATION. Inside you’ll find a cashiers booth. ENTER BOOTH to see a pile of trash. EXAMINE TRASH to discover a battery. TAKE BATTERY and EXAMINE BATTERY to discover it holds no water anymore.
GO NORTH back into the station and GO EAST back into the street. GO NORTH to the hardware store and GO NORTH again to the end of a parking lot. GO WEST to find a jet car. ENTER CAR and EXAMINE DASHBOARD. You can see the car is out of fuel. EXAMINE COMPARTMENT to find something and when you check your INVENTORY you can see it’s a formula and a jar of glowing fluid. READ FORMULA to learn how to make fuel for the jet car. Better get some ingredients.
GET OUT of the car and DROP FORMULA. From here GO NORTH to the beach. Plenty of sand here. TAKE SAND and ENTER SHACK. Inside you’ll find a radio so TAKE RADIO. Now EXAMINE RADIO to see there’s no battery and the antenna is missing. GO EAST to leave the shack and GO NORTH to a shallow lake. FILL BATTERY with the water from the lake and GO EAST to the foot of a mountain. GO SOUTH to the parking lot and GO WEST to the car.
DROP BATTERY and GO EAST to return to the parking lot. GO SOUTH to the hardware store and GO SOUTH again to the gas station. GO WEST to find a shed with an antenna. ENTER SHED and DROP RADIO.
GO NORTH into the street and GO EAST to the gas station. ENTER YOYODINE and DROP SAND and DROP JAR. Return to the street with GO WEST and GO NORTH to the hardware store. ENTER STORE and get some tools. TAKE PICK and TAKE PUMP. When you EXAMINE PUMP you’ll notice that the hose is 6ft long. TAKE HYDROMETER and TAKE CABLES.
GO EAST outside and GO NORTH to the parking lot. GO WEST to the car. Now that you have the hydrometer you can CHECK BATTERY. It’s dead. DROP HYDROMETER and GO EAST back to the parking lot. GO SOUTH to the hardware store, GO SOUTH again to the gas station and GO SOUTH once more to a highway access ramp. GO EAST into a field with high grass and DIG. You’ll create a large hole.
EXAMINE HOLE to find an underground phone line. CUT LINE and GET LINE but the other side is still attached. DIG again to create another large hole and EXAMINE HOLE again. Again, you see the phone line so CUT LINE again and this time you can TAKE LINE.
GO WEST back to the access ramp and GO NORTH to the gas station. GO NORTH to the hardware store and GO NORTH again to the parking lot. GO NORTH a final time to the foot of the mountain. EXAMINE MOUNTAIN to find the small ledge.
THROW LINE to the small edge. But to climb it, you can’t carry anything so DROP CABLE, DROP PUMP and DROP TOOLBOX. Keep hold of the pick though because you need it at the top of the mountain. But you need both hands so you can’t carry anything. To work around this, TIE LINE (the dangling bit) and when asked to what, TO PICK. Now you can CLIMB LINE onto the ledge and PULL LINE to hoist the pick up.
Now that you have the pick you can TAKE QUARTZ. With the next ingredient, GO DOWN and DROP PICK and DROP LINE. Now you need to TAKE CABLES, TAKE TOOLBOX and TAKE PUMP again. GO SOUTH to the parking lot and GO WEST to the car. TAKE BATTERY and EXAMINE CAR.
CONNECT CABLES and when asked to what: TO BATTERY, ready for recharging. TAKE HOSE from the jet engine and GO EAST to the parking lot. GO SOUTH to the hardware store and GO SOUTH again to the gas station. ENTER STATION and DROP TOOLBOX. Now OPEN TOOLBOX to find a flashlight, a key and a roll of duct tape. EXAMINE PIPE to the underground tank to see it’s locked. UNLOCK PIPE with the key you had in the toolbox and DROP KEY.
Since you have the tape, you can CONNECT HOSE and DROP TAPE. Now GO EAST outside and ENTER YOYODYNE. You left some items here so TAKE JAR and TAKE SAND. If you EXAMINE STAIRCASE you see darkness so LIGHT FLASHLIGHT and ENTER STAIRCASE.
There’s a mixing vat here and that’s exactly what we need to do: DROP JAR, DROP SAND and DROP QUARTZ. All ready for later. EXAMINE STAIRCASE from below here to see something under the stairs and when you check your INVENTORY you’ll see it’s a chemical jug. ENTER STAIRSCASE and UNLIGHT FLASHLIGHT.
GO WEST to leave the building and ENTER STATION. Here you can PUT HOSE and since you extended it, it reaches the gasoline. PUMP GAS into the jug and DISCONNECT HOSE when you’re finished. DROP PUMP because you don’t need it anymore. GO EAST to leave the station and in the street GO NORTH to the hardware store.
GO NORTH to the parking lot and GO WEST to the car. TAKE FORMULA and DROP HOSE. Now GO EAST to the parking lot and GO SOUTH to the hardware store. GO SOUTH again to the gas station and ENTER YOYODYNE.
ENTER STAIRCASE and LIGHT FLASHLIGHT to be able to see. DROP JUG and MAKE FUEL. You don’t need the formula anymore so DROP FORMULA and ENTER STAIRCASE. To save your batteries, UNLIGHT FLASHLIGHT before you GO WEST out of the building. GO NORTH to the hardware store and GO NORTH again to the parking lot. GO WEST to the car.
CONNECT CABLE and on the question to what: TO TERMINALS. Now REFUEL CAR and DROP JUG, you don’t need it anymore. TAKE HOSE and GO NORTH to the beach and the shack and GO NORTH again to the shallow lake. WASH HOSE and GO SOUTH back to the shack and GO SOUTH again back to the car.
REPLACE HOSE and ENTER CAR. Inside EXAMINE DASHBOARD to see the fuel level: you’re good to go! PUSH BUTTON to start the car and start charging the battery. GET OUT of the car and TAKE BATTERY, then ENTER CAR again and CLOSE DOOR if you want to drive the car. PUSH BUTTON to drive to Main Street and PUSH BUTTON again to drive into the mountains.
It’s dark now. OPEN DOOR, then LIGHT FLASHLIGHT and GET OUT of the car. There’s a bomb housing here. EXAMINE BOMB so you see the light (showing on), the switch and the envelope. PRESS SWITCH and EXAMINE BOMB again to notice that the light now shows off.
TAKE ENVELOPE and GO NORTH into the mine shaft. OPEN DOOR to go through the mountain and the door slams shut behind you. GO WEST and suddenly you’re at the hardware store. GO NORTH to the parking lot and GO WEST to where the car once was parked. TAKE CABLES and GO EAST back on the parking lot. GO SOUTH back to the hardware store and GO SOUTH again to the gas station.
ENTER YOYODYNE where the floor safe is. OPEN ENVELOPE and check your INVENTORY to find the key. You can now DROP ENVELOPE and OPEN SAFE. When you check your INVENTORY again you’ll find the sheet of paper. READ PAPER to learn how to disarm the bomb. GO WEST to go outside and GO WEST again to the shed with the antenna.
ENTER SHED and inside DROP BATTERY and DROP CABLE. Now CONNECT BATTERY and CONNECT ANTENNA to the radio. EXAMINE RADIO to see the transmit switch. PRESS SWITCH to be able to send a message. According to the paper from the safe: TRANSMIT WARFIN and TRANSMIT YOYODYNE. You’ve disarmed the bomb!
