You must investigate the murder in the moors.

Use the door of the hotel to go outside. On the left is a bum standing. Talk to him and he’ll ask for something to smoke. Since you quit, give the cigarettes to him and he’ll walk to the other side. Since you have to wait for your taxi, chack out the shop on the right, try to talk to the bum again or just walk around until your taxi arrives. [NOTE: It can take a while before it arrives. Have patience.]

Once the cab has dropped you at the new location, walk under the arched opening to the north and follow the path north to the hotel. The door is locked but when you talk to the door, the landlord will let you in. He’ll give you a newspaper CLIPPING. You get the KEY and leave for your room.

Day 1:

Walk to the south until you reach the woods. Walk to the right until you cross a bridge and from there go north to the right of the three trees. Walk to the right and go north between the tree and the yellow rocks. Walk north again and apparently you’re in the same spot as you were a moment ago. But now you can walk to the lower south corner.

Go north on the right of the yellow rock and with the gold colored bridge on the left go north again. Again, you’re in the same spot as you just left. Walk all the way to the right, past a broken bridge and you’ll smell the burnt down house.  Walk further to the right until you reach the house and the well next to it. Look at the well to realize you need special gear.

Walk to the left and find a strange eye shaped symbol on the ground. You’ll wander through the woods automatically. When you think you’re lost, walk to the right, across the trunk into the dark woods. Then you’ll see a strange character who will disappear. Walk further to the right, across the bridge and keep walking to the right until you find a pile of wood. It’s another entrance back to town.

Day 2:

Having your gear, walk to the left and use the door to go outside. Walk to the left and talk to the guard. He doesn’t have much more information then you already knew. Use the stairs to go down and use the double doors left of the stairs to enter the library. Use the shelf on the right to find a BOOK about demonology and read it to learn about the eye.

Leave the library on the south and walk to the left. Talk to Larry at the door and ask about the house of Mary and the Wicker man. Use the door on the left to leave the hotel and walk south to the crossroads. Next to the sign walk to the right and find two carts with hay on it. Use the one on the right to find a TEDDY BEAR with carvings. Walk further to the right and once you enter the moors, you’ll meet death.

You can help Death by revenging the Wicker. Death will give you a KEY and now follow you. Walk all the way to the right to find nothing there. Walk to the left and walk further past the haystacks to the crossroad. Walk south twice and you’ve entered the woods again. The ghost has disappeared.

Walk to the right and after you’ve crossed the bridge, walk north to the right of the three trees. Walk further to the right and at the yellow rocks keep walking right at the lower part. Even further to the right and across the broken bridge. A bit further to the right will be the old house. Look at the well. It’s too dark to see so use the flashlight on the well. It’s not too deep and there’s something down there.

Use the rope from your inventory on the left edge of the well to climb down. Walk to the right until you find an iron BAR. Pick it up and walk back to the rope on the left. Use the rope to climb out. Look at the bricks on the wall at the left side of the house. They’re not too firm. Use the iron bar on the bricks to create a bigger hole and see what’s behind the wall.

After it has turned dark all of a sudden, keep walking to the left until you get the feeling you’re walking in circles. Then return to the right and walk up the steps. Keep walking to the right until you find a ghost. Talk to the ghost. It’s Sean Jr. Give the teddybear to the ghost and it’ll disappear. Walk further to the right through the gate to leave the wall. Walk to the well on the right and use the flashlight on the well again. Use the rope on the left edge to climb down again.

Walk all the way to the right until you reach the doors with the padlock on it. Use the key you got from Death on the padlock to open the door and keep walking to the right. In the misty tunnel you’ll find an image and take a PICTURE of it.

Walk back to the door on the left and use it to go through. Walk further to the left to use the rope to climb out. Keep walking to the left until you discover that the bridge is gone. From the point you do the discovery, walk north to find another path.  Keep walking to the left until you reach the river again. Go north on the far right and from there keep walking to the left until you reach town again.

Walk north through the arched opening and further north on the crossing. At the hotel you discover the door is open. Use the door to enter the hotel and find darkness inside. Walk to the right and up the stairs when you hear noises coming from the library. Go down the stairs and use the doors left of the stairs. In the library you’ll find a zombie so leave quickly on the south.

Use the stairs on the right again and find the guard dead on the floor. There are traces of blood going to your room. Search the guard to find a SCREWDRIVER. Use the door of your room to enter and walk further to the right to follow the traces. Use the door on the right to find another body dead on the floor. This time it’s Larry.

Just above Larry’s head are three panels. Use the screwdriver on the one on the right to open it and discover a switch behind it. The mirror will move and reveal a secret passage. Use the mirror to enter the room behind it and find a marking on the wall.

Walk to the left and find a bucket with water. Take the bucket away from the hatch and use the iron bar on the hatch to lift it and end up on the top level of the library. Walk down the stairs on the left and use the opening in the back downstairs to enter the next room. Use your lighter on the candle on the left and look at the book lying next to it. Pick up the BOOK and the NOTE with number from it.

In the bookcase against the back wall, on one shelf from the bottom is a book missing on the right side. Use the book you just took and put it back in the cabinet to open another secret panel. Use the opening and walk to the right until you reach the  mines.

Walk to the right and follow the arrow to the right again. Here you’ll meet Death again who warns you. Ignore his warning and walk to the left. Follow the cart track until you reach some crates. On it is a COG. Take it and follow the track back and south at the end. There’s Death again. This time follow him and walk through the opening on the right. Again you’ll find a track but this time go to the opening on the right first. Walk to the left and pass in front of the crates. From there to the right and you’ll be on the top level of where you started.

Walk over the board to the right and between the boards you can see something. Feel inside and get the old rusty KEY out. Go back to the left over the board and through the opening on the left. Follow the arrows to the right until you reach the track again. Now follow the track until you reach a door. Use the key on the door and you can enter the second part of the mines.

Walk to the right and find a panel for a drilling machine. But there’s a cog missing. Use the cog you found earlier on the panel and the machine is working again. Walk north behind the boxes and walk further to the right to find a pool. Behind the pool is a ladder. Use the ladder to find daylight again.

Day 3:

There’s a monster chasing you. You can walk where ever you want. There’s no escaping. You can only end it by walking to the right.
