You’re in a bloody room and want to get out.
There’s a small hole in the corner but your hands are too big. Take the bottom part of the FRAME at the south side of the room. Use the frame on the little hole to get a wet TOWEL out. Use the towel to clean the bloody picture on the right. The room is cleaned as well.
Talk to the picture you just cleaned and hear a request. So put the bloody towel on the picture near the little hole and the room is bloody again. This time the blood forms a readable text. Something about red pills. In the upper right corner are some PILLS. Take them to be free…
